Admissions
The designated area manager receives all referrals. Each referral is then evaluated to determine whether the service can meet the needs of the child. An initial needs assessment is completed. This report is then forwarded to the CEO & Operations Manager for review. If an appropriate placement is available, a costing proposal agreement can be offered to the referee. On the return of a signed costing proposal agreement, an admission/transition can commence.
During the assessment stage, our team works together with the child, their families, and other clinical professionals to understand each child’s future needs, all of which accumulate into a final assessment report and recommendation for future care and if necessary therapeutic interventions.
